About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Columbia, MD clinic. This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants to move beyond case management and into a leadership position focused on mentoring clinicians, improving quality of care, and driving clinic success. You will partner closely with leadership while maintaining clinical oversight and supporting a growing team. This is a true clinical leadership role with the opportunity to influence team performance, client outcomes, and clinic growth—without sacrificing clinical quality.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Eligible for Maryland licensure
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of BCBA experience
• Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians
• Experience supporting clinic or program growth

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for BCBA and RBT teams
• Mentor and develop clinicians to improve performance and retention
• Ensure ethical caseload management and high-quality service delivery
• Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and case progression
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and BACB standards
• Support clinic growth, quality initiatives, and team culture
