BCBA Clinical Director

GracentKeller, TX
Onsite

About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity for a BCBA Clinical Director to lead a center with significant autonomy and support. The position involves setting the clinical standard, developing the team, and owning the quality of care, with the authority to shape how the center operates. Unlike roles that require enforcing existing playbooks, this position trusts leaders to lead. Operational tasks such as scheduling, billing, authorizations, and RBT recruiting are handled by dedicated teams, allowing the Clinical Director to focus on clinical leadership and staff development. The role is supported by a strong clinical leadership team, including the VP of Clinical Quality and Training, Liza Bodner, Regional Director Ryan Emry, and Area Director Sandy Reeson. The company utilizes innovative, peer-reviewed clinical tools like the Gracent Care Calculator and is a BACB ACE Provider offering free in-house CEUs. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, interdisciplinary collaboration with SLPs, OTs, and other professionals, and offers a unique Prep School program for children transitioning to traditional classrooms. The role provides real support and autonomy, with operational responsibilities managed by specialized teams.
