About The Position

HealthBridge is seeking a Clinical Dental Director to lead and oversee all clinical dental services and providers. The role involves establishing and maintaining evidence-based clinical standards and protocols, conducting quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with various regulations. The director will also be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating dentists, fostering a positive culture, and maintaining documentation and quality standards across the dental program.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active and unrestricted dental license in the State of CA.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical dental experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and clinical operations.
  • Experience working in an FQHC, community health center, public health, or safety-net setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HRSA compliance and UDS reporting.
  • Experience leading integrated care initiatives.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities
