About The Position

Lead clinical excellence while supporting smiles, confidence, and whole-person health in our rural communities. Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:45am - 4:15 pm Position Summary The Dental Clinical Lead plays a key leadership role within Compass Health Dental clinics, providing day-to-day clinical guidance to dental staff while also offering hands-on clinical support as needed. This role helps ensure high-quality, compassionate dental care, smooth clinic operations, and a supportive team environment that reflects our commitment to accessible, strengths-based care. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending clinical expertise with leadership—supporting dental teams, improving clinic efficiency, and making a meaningful impact on oral health for individuals and families in underserved communities.

Requirements

• High School/GED required
• At least two (2) years similar work experience preferred
• A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to dental assistants and hygienists
• Support patient care through hands-on clinical assistance and patient education when needed
• Promote high standards of infection control, safety, and quality across dental operations
• Partner with the dental team to optimize workflows, productivity, and patient experience
• Assist with training, onboarding, and performance support for clinical staff
• Help ensure dental supplies, equipment, and treatment areas are well maintained and ready for care
• Foster a welcoming, respectful environment for patients and team members
