•$66,300 - $105,722

About The Position

The Clinical Data Analyst will join the Center for Healthcare Innovation and Delivery Science (CHIDS), which advances healthcare delivery research, learning health system development, quality improvement, applied AI, pragmatic clinical trials, and care-delivery innovation. CHIDS is a collaborative hub for clinicians, researchers, educators, and administrators working to redesign care and improve patient outcomes. The analyst will support high-impact initiatives, including enterprise applications of large language models to streamline patient care, development of a digital-first primary care practice, and EHR-based tools that strengthen clinical decision-making. The role translates clinical and operational needs into reliable, scalable data solutions and supports implementation and evaluation of informatics interventions. It combines clinical data analysis and reporting, informatics and intervention support, technical infrastructure and operations, and research compliance and collaboration. The analyst works with clinical, research, operational, technical, and informatics stakeholders and presents findings to technical and nontechnical audiences.
