About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The role oversees treatment, guides clinical staff, and ensures high standards of care and safety. The Clinical Coordinator coordinates patient care plans and monitors outcomes, supervises clinical staff including PCTs, delivers safe and compassionate dialysis care, and builds long-term relationships with patients and families. The work takes place in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• At least 18 months of RN experience, including at least 6 months of dialysis experience.
• Charge RN readiness approval is required.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification is a plus.
