About The Position

The Clinical Coordinator supports the Wellness Director and clinical team by maintaining and implementing nursing policies and procedures, coordinating clinical staffing, and helping ensure compassionate, quality care for residents of an assisted living and memory care community. The role includes scheduling active employees, managing clinical staff PTO requests, supporting policy implementation and compliance, assisting with employee orientation and benefit enrollment, and participating in recruitment and retention activities. Responsibilities and qualifications may vary by state.

Requirements

• Two years of supervisory or management experience with direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement nursing policies and procedures in support of the Wellness Director and clinical team.
• Help ensure compassionate, quality care through adequate services and facility staff coverage.
• Use the SmartLinx app to schedule current, active employees appropriately.
• Manage PTO requests for clinical staff and ensure requests are approved by the Wellness Director to support resident care scheduling.
• Assist with implementation of company policies and procedures and help ensure clinical employees follow them.
• Assist in administering, coordinating, and directing activities in accordance with company policies and procedures, including benefit enrollment during orientation.
• Participate actively in recruitment and staffing activities to attract and retain staff in the community.
