Clinical Concierge LPN - AllSet Urgent Care
About The Position
The Clinical Concierge LPN at INTEGRIS Health Medical Group AllSet Urgent Care in Oklahoma City, OK, is responsible for registering patients, collecting payments, rooming patients, assisting providers with care and treatment, radiology, discharging, and following up with patients. This role aims to guide the patient through their entire experience to reduce treatment times and maximize the patient experience before, during, and after their visit. The Clinical Concierge assists the provider with front office, back office, radiology, and lab duties in the outpatient management of patients on a rotating basis. This position is a vital part of the office team, working under the direction of the Site Manager and the on-duty provider, and collaborates closely with the provider and other clinical staff. The Clinical Concierge performs various clinical functions requiring knowledge of standard resources and data, discretion, good judgment, diplomacy, decision-making, and a customer service attitude. Acting as the patient advocate, the Clinical Concierge has continuous contact with providers, patients, patient families/significant others, community agencies, and patient care staff and management.
