Requirements

AA/AS degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a health-related field, preferred
Ability to travel to other clinics regionally
Current BLS Certification or may be obtained through an in-house training program, depending on assignment

Responsibilities

Daily coordination of the patient and clinic activities in the lobby of the urgent care.
Greeting and registering patients.
Maintain lobby cleanliness and brand elements.
Executing opening and closing procedures related to front office activities.
Collecting appropriate monies from patients.
Ensuring an exceptional patient experience at the beginning and close of patient visits.
Providing excellent customer service over the telephone.
Working closely with Clinical Concierge colleagues to ensure ongoing communication throughout the patient visit for optimal patient flow.
