Requirements

Registered PHRN and USRN (Must be active)
Must be an Ohio license holder
With proven clinical experience (2 + Years)
Must be keen to details
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Must be residing in the Pihilippines
Amenable working night shift

Responsibilities

Provide after-hours clinical support to caregivers and patients via phone
Conduct caregiver supervision calls and review patient care plans
Respond to and advise on clinical questions and concerns that arise after hours
Ensure continuity and quality of patient care through appropriate guidance and escalation
Document interactions and communicate important updates to the care team as needed
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all patient and caregiver interactions
