Requirements

  • MD degree and completion of four years of residency training in an acceptable radiation oncology training program.
  • Board certified in Radiation Oncology and eligible for a Florida Medical License.
  • Board-certified or eligibility in Radiation Oncology
  • Demonstrated excellence in patient care, research, and teaching

Nice To Haves

  • Candidate should have five (5) or more years of experience at an academic institution.
  • Expertise in prostate cancer and GYN Brachytherapy
  • Background in Clinical Research
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care, utilizing advanced radiation therapy techniques and participating in multidisciplinary tumor boards.
  • Engage in high-impact research projects, contributing to the development of novel therapeutic approaches and promoting scientific discoveries.
  • Contribute to the education and training of medical students, residents, and fellows, fostering the next generation of radiation oncologists.
  • Foster interdisciplinary collaborations with colleagues across various specialties, promoting a culture of teamwork and advancing patient care.
