The company operates largely remotely, with offices in Denver, New York, Dallas, and Lisbon. Cleerly utilizes various digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom. Travel is required for some roles, typically once per month or quarter, and can be up to 90% for sales or external-facing roles. Cleerly is committed to providing safe and effective medical software, adhering to regulatory requirements and continuously improving products and processes. This role is crucial for achieving Cleerly's quality objectives. The commercial team is expanding, seeking a Clinical Account Manager based in Nashville/Raleigh to support growth. This role is vital for supporting current clients/partners, ensuring they understand Cleerly's product offerings, and helping patients access Cleerly scans. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, the position involves working with clinical partners to identify expansion opportunities and provide ongoing clinical education to grow existing accounts. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, has a clinical background, is client-focused, result-oriented, and mission-driven. The role requires working with clinics to ensure their success with Cleerly's cardiovascular diagnostic technology through proactive support and education, aiming for high customer satisfaction. This is a customer-facing, field-based role with a primary focus on engaging with customers, including Cardiologists, and requires the candidate to be based in or near Nashville/Raleigh.

Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited college/university.
  • 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience (PA, NP, DNP or RN).
  • Highly coachable with the ability to learn and communicate complex programs and value propositions.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, polished communications, and the ability to manage multiple customer and internal company interactions.
  • Effective project management skills while embracing change and driving solutions in otherwise chaotic environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A hard-worker, self-motivator with a can-do approach and bias for action.
  • Highly responsive with the ability to interpret appropriate next step actions.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders across a vast geographic region.
  • Ability to accurately assess and understand different stakeholders needs/wants.
  • Process cross functional agendas and adjust strategy to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Grit, high integrity, values-based work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired.
  • Experience with introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with clinical partners to ensure they understand Cleerly and its benefits for providers in patient treatment decisions.
  • Account development, with a preference for experience in building and supporting strong clinical programs.
  • Develop relationships with key account stakeholders, including administration, key cardiologists, referring physician practices, and strategic personnel to drive awareness and adoption of Cleerly's offerings.
  • Drive new product and technology introductions for existing customers.
  • Develop a qualified lead funnel within the existing customer base.
  • Conduct regular activities such as formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, new physician training, and driving physician education.
  • Use Salesforce.com to manage administrative tasks.
  • Travel to various provider sites within a territory 50-80% of the time, covering NC and TN.
