About The Position

As an Account Representative supporting Walker's Funeral Home in Chapel Hill, you will step into a role where your effort directly shapes your success. You will be trusted to own your market, supported by a strong team, and challenged to grow your craft every day. As one of our elite 30+ Account Representatives, you will serve as an important liaison and main point of contact for one of our premier partner funeral homes. You’ll meet with families and transform the way people experience loss while representing our groundbreaking model of Proactive Preneed®.

Requirements

  • North Carolina Funeral Director License or ability to quickly obtain one required
  • Ownership and internal drive: ability to take initiative, create momentum, and want your results to reflect your effort.
  • Tenacity and consistency: drive to follow through, stay disciplined, and keep going when things get hard.
  • Professional, team-first approach: ability to build trust, collaborate well with others, and contribute to a strong, respectful team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar field of study preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary + commission based on experience and ability (typically average $90,000-$120,000/annually)
