About The Position

Sage Infusion is a rapidly growing infusion center with locations in central and southwest Florida. At Sage, we’ve reimagined patient care. From a quick start, to upfront pricing and financial assistance, to compassionate care by our clinical experts in a serene environment, patients experience infusion therapy like never before. We are seeking a Clinical Account Executive who can leverage clinical expertise to build strong relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners. This role is ideal for an RN interested in a non-bedside position that blends clinical knowledge with relationship-building and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida (required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to translate clinical information into clear, value-driven conversations
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google workspace
  • Excellent time management, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical background strongly preferred; infusion therapy experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience in provider outreach, clinical education, care coordination, or healthcare sales preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential referral partners and clients within the healthcare industry
  • Conduct outreach and schedule meetings with physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations
  • Use clinical knowledge to present Sage Infusion’s services, treatment capabilities, and patient care model
  • Address clinical and operational questions from providers and referral sources
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new referral relationships
  • Meet or exceed assigned growth and outreach goals
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and partnerships in the company’s CRM system
  • Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities and pipeline status
  • Stay informed about infusion therapy trends, treatment advancements, and competitive offerings
