About The Position

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Clinical Specialty Account Executive (RN/LPN) to develop strategic partnerships with specialty physicians throughout Sarasota County. This position focuses on collaborating with Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedic, and Urology practices to identify patients who would benefit from home health services and ensure seamless transitions of care. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically licensed sales professional who enjoys relationship-building, education, and driving meaningful patient outcomes while earning an industry-leading compensation package.

Requirements

  • Current Florida RN or LPN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience
  • Experience calling on physician offices or specialty practices
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening and all applicable pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Developing referral partnerships with Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedic, and Urology providers
  • Educating physicians and office staff on appropriate home health utilization
  • Identifying patients who would benefit from skilled home health services
  • Collaborating with providers to ensure smooth transitions from hospital, surgery center, outpatient clinic, or physician office to home
  • Driving census growth through strategic relationship management
  • Providing clinical education regarding Medicare home health eligibility
  • Coordinating referrals from physician offices through admission
  • Working closely with Clinical Managers, Intake, and Operations to ensure exceptional patient experiences
  • Maintaining consistent communication with referral partners and executive leadership
  • Achieving monthly referral and growth goals
