About The Position

As a Clinic Support Representative for Swope Health, you create a pleasant and seamless patient experience through activities primarily related to clinic front-office operations, including patient registration, and provide other support as needed. Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 4 years of customer service experience in a medical office or clinic, or in a hospital registration or admissions setting.
• Insurance verification experience.
• Working knowledge of funding sources and regulatory issues affecting healthcare billing and collection functions.
• Proficient computer skills.
