About The Position

As a Clinic Support Representative for Swope Health, you will create a pleasant and seamless patient experience during activities primarily related to the clinic front office, including patient registration, and provide other support as needed. You will promote a high level of customer service and a caring environment for patients, always acting in the patient's best interest. The position is based at St. Joseph Clinic, 3902 Sherman Avenue, Saint Joseph, MO 64506.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 4 years of customer service experience in a medical office or clinic, or in a hospital registration/admissions setting.
• Insurance verification experience.
• Working knowledge of funding sources and regulatory issues affecting healthcare billing and collection functions.
• Proficient computer skills.
