About The Position

Position provides administrative support for the MH Clinic Director and clinic staff and performs client financial intakes/updates and verifying insurance. Position is responsible for both administrative and clinical support functions, which may include coordination of office communications and mail, maintaining client appointment schedules by computer, word processing, Excel spreadsheets, maintaining files/reports, records security, patient assistance program (PAP) for medications, collection of client fees, files/reports, travel forms/vouchers, security office duties, data entry of requisitions, completing a variety of copying tasks for clinicians, assist in records security, and taking minutes of meetings. Position assists in maintaining the clinic’s client record system, which includes sending copies of records when requested by other agencies. office communications, mail, word processing, maintaining files, completing a variety of copying tasks for clinicians, filing in client records and records security, all laboratory results. Coordinates all medication related issues, as described in ordering medication, completing all relevant documentation, checking in all meds, and ensuring medications are packaged in appropriate manner.   • Proficient computer skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities
