You’ll support patients, clinic staff, and medical teams by handling check-in/check-out, insurance verification, cash collections, and more. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and utilize computer information systems.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, staff, and visitors.
Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.

Familiarity with a clinic environment.
Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.

Responsibilities

Manage patient reception, face-to-face check-in/check-out, and preregistration processes.
Verify insurance, collect payments, and reconcile patient charts.
Discuss general financial responsibilities with patients and connect them to the Customer Service Center.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Collaborate with clinic staff, medical teams, and patients to ensure smooth operations.
