As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from arrival to discharge. You will support both patients and clinic staff by managing registration activities, insurance verification, and financial discussions, playing a crucial role in the daily operations of our clinic.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize computer information systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, visitors, and medical staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage face-to-face check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle preregistration, insurance verification, and cash collections.
• Reconcile patient charts and assist with patient discharge procedures.
• Discuss general financial responsibilities with patients and connect them to the Customer Service Center when needed.
• Work collaboratively with clinic staff to meet patient needs in a timely manner.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient clinic environment through strong organizational and multitasking skills.
