About The Position

The Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and applying appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. The role facilitates care coordination through the nursing process: assessing, identifying, planning, implementing, and evaluating care and teaching needs during direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters. The Clinic RN collaborates with other members of the health care team, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Upon hire, hold a Registered Nurse License in the state where care will be provided.
• Upon hire, hold National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• At least 18 months of professional nursing experience.
