About The Position
All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurse to provide care on a full-time night shift. The role focuses on exceptional resident care and promoting residents’ health, safety, and well-being. The position requires a current California RN license and strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in skilled nursing or subacute care is preferred.
Requirements

- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assess residents and document changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Supervise and support nursing staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
