Requirements

Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN Program.
Must meet all CEU requirements mandated by the Iowa Board of Nursing.
Must demonstrate knowledge of skilled nursing practice.
Must maintain current registration and valid license with the Iowa Board of Nursing.
Must maintain knowledge in all areas of clinic setting nursing.
Must maintain BLS Certification.
Must have clinical knowledge necessary to competently perform quality nursing care duties.
Must display a high degree of empathetic understanding tact and kindness toward other have ability to communicate well and work effectively with others be a team player.

Responsibilities

Preparing patients for their appointments by conducting thorough assessments, including taking vital signs, discussing chief complaints, and reviewing medications, all meticulously entered into our electronic records.
Assisting Physicians and Mid-Levels during examinations and procedures, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Demonstrating the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively serve the primary population of patients in our department, contributing to their overall well-being and fostering a trusting environment.
