About The Position

We are seeking to hire an RN for our Baker City SAMG Family Practice Clinic. This position offers great variability in day to day tasks and is home to a wonderful team and work environment. As an RN in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. Our ideal candidate has the ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations, while providing outstanding customer service. He or she needs to have excellent communication skills and must be a team player.

Requirements

• Ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations

• Must be a team player
• An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
• RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date
• Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire
• All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of the hire date
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
• Must obtain ACLS within 6 months

Nice To Haves

• Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred
