About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead its Pediatric Ophthalmology team. The role assists the Senior Leader with planning, direction, and overall operations in assigned areas. The manager oversees ongoing development, implementation, and performance outcomes to improve the efficiency of responsible service lines; day-to-day supervision of assigned patient services areas; financial management; and facility adequacy. The role also maintains communication and collaboration among practice staff, physicians, administration, external customers, and appropriate health system staff to support service delivery that exceeds customer needs and expectations. This is a fully onsite role with a Monday–Friday day shift. Previous eye clinic and leadership experience is preferred.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
Four to six years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of business applications.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver timely results.
Maintain compliance with Compliance policies and the Code of Conduct.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Previous eye clinic experience.
Previous leadership experience.
