About The Position

The Clinic Manager role at Key Essentials to Behavior Management Corp (KEBM) is a hybrid position focused on both clinic operations and clinical supervision. This role is designed to address the common issue of clinical leaders being overwhelmed by administrative tasks. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the physical and operational aspects of the clinic, including cleanliness, safety, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships. They will also manage scheduling for therapists, clients, and various service settings (clinic, home, community, Telehealth), oversee the clinic's budget and financial metrics, and provide direct clinical supervision to RBTs, Lead RBTs, and Program Supervisor Trainees. This role involves contributing to FBAs, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making under the guidance of a Lead BCBA or Assistant Clinical Director. Additionally, the Clinic Manager will handle client onboarding, family communication, retention, and partner with the business development team for community outreach and client acquisition. KEBM is an ABA therapy company with multiple clinics, founded by a BCBA, and utilizes a proprietary S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology for group ABA therapy. They serve a diverse client base, including insurance-funded, private pay, open play, and camp participants, emphasizing clinical quality and client outcomes.
