About The Position

At Impact Physical Therapy, you'll lead a clinic built on true 1:1, 60-minute sessions and 8 to 10 patients a day, guiding a team of up to 5 PTs (including student clinicians) who have the time to focus on quality care and work together toward shared clinic goals. We operate on a hybrid cash-pay model, treating a mix of cash-pay, Medicare, Worker's Comp, and auto injury patients. This role offers concierge-style care where patients invest in their health and expect a real relationship with their PT. The focus is on clinic excellence, not clinic volume, allowing your team the time to deliver strong outcomes and mentor student clinicians. You will have close to ownership with real influence over your clinic and opportunities for leadership growth due to valley-wide expansion. You will lead by example, maintaining your own caseload alongside your team, and benefit from real investment in your growth through mentorship and leadership development.

Requirements

DPT from an accredited program.
Arizona PT license in good standing (or in process).
Proven managerial or supervisory experience leading a clinical team.
Confident, clinically skilled, and an excellent communicator who can motivate and inspire a team.
Strong grasp of clinic operations, budgeting, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and hold your team of PTs to a high standard of clinical care and patient experience.
Maintain your own clinical caseload, modeling the standard you expect from your team.
Own clinic performance: productivity, patient satisfaction, cancellation rates, and revenue mix.
Manage scheduling, PTO, and day-to-day clinic operations.
Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for your clinic.
Build referral relationships with local physicians and represent Impact in the community.
