About The Position

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager Physical Therapist for their Olympia East Side clinic, opening July 6, 2026. OSS is committed to providing one-on-one patient care, offering unrivaled educational opportunities, fostering a culture of learning, and ensuring employees thrive. The clinic has been dedicated to the community since 1984, providing clinical excellence and patient care. The role requires a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of outpatient, orthopedic experience, management and leadership skills, and a strong interest in leading a successful outpatient orthopedic clinic. Prior clinic management experience is preferred. Clinic Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations, including patient care, personnel management, physician relations, and financial management. OSS provides manager mentorship, including a year-long program for new managers, offering hands-on skill development and a deep understanding of practice management. The company does not require candidates to be experienced in all managerial aspects but looks for interest and capacity to excel. Clinic Managers have opportunities to direct clinical programs, lead clinical education programming (including Residency and Fellowship programs), and contribute to national recruiting, events, and promotions. Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient, orthopedic setting.
  • Demonstration of leadership role/activity in previous position(s)
  • Current State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status)
  • Current CPR certification
