At Olympic Sports & Spine, patients are our priority. Our commitment is One-on-One care, unrivaled educational opportunities, a culture of learning and a place where employees thrive. We have been dedicated to the community, providing clinical excellence and patient care since 1984. Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager Physical Therapist for our Olympia East Side clinic opening July 6, 2026. We are seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of outpatient, orthopedic experience, management and leadership skills, and a keen interest in leading a successful outpatient orthopedic clinic. One of OSS's strengths is manager mentorship, where every manager is partnered with an experienced mentor from day one, and new managers complete a year-long mentorship program for skill development and practice management understanding. OSS does not require candidates to be experienced in all aspects of the managerial job but rather demonstrates the interest and capacity to excel. Clinic Managers at OSS are also afforded extraordinary professional opportunities, directing a variety of clinical programs, leading multi-faceted clinical education programming including Residency and Fellowship programs, and being a cornerstone of national recruiting strategy and events. The work environment is fun and full of supportive colleagues who share an interest in creating the best possible place to work. At OSS, the pursuit of clinical excellence and the commitment to teaching and learning define our culture, characterized by APTA-accredited mentorship and residency programs and other continuing education opportunities.
