We’re excited to welcome a Clinic Manager – Physical Therapist to lead our NEW Olympica Clinic. What You’ll Do: As a Clinic Manager, you’ll lead both clinical care and clinic operations, including: Delivering high-quality outpatient orthopedic physical therapy Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations Leading and mentoring clinical and administrative staff Managing clinic performance, staffing, and finances Building strong physician and community relationships Driving clinical excellence and team engagement You won’t be alone! Every Clinic Manager is paired with an experienced mentor from day one, plus a year-long structured management mentorship program designed to set you up for success. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient, orthopedic setting.
Demonstration of leadership role/activity in previous position(s)
Current State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status)
Current CPR certification
