About The Position

At Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS), patients are the priority, with a commitment to one-on-one care, educational opportunities, and a thriving culture since 1984. OSS is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager Physical Therapist for their Olympia West Side clinic, opening July 6, 2026. The ideal candidate is a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of outpatient, orthopedic experience, possessing management and leadership skills, and a keen interest in leading a successful outpatient orthopedic clinic. Clinic Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations, including patient care, personnel management, physician relations, and financial management. OSS provides a strong manager mentorship program, partnering new managers with experienced mentors from day one, and offering a year-long mentorship program for hands-on skill development and a deep understanding of practice management. Managers are not required to be experienced in all aspects but must demonstrate interest and capacity to excel. Clinic Managers also have professional opportunities to direct clinical programs (e.g., Pelvic Health, Industrial Rehabilitation), lead clinical education programming (Residency and Fellowship programs), and contribute to national recruiting and events. Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient, orthopedic setting
  • Demonstration of leadership role/activity in previous position(s)
  • Current State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status)
  • Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient care, personnel management, physician relations, and financial management

  • Lead multi-faceted clinical education programming, including Residency and Fellowship programs
  • Serve as a cornerstone of the national recruiting strategy
