About The Position

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager Physical Therapist for its Olympia West Side clinic, opening July 6, 2026. The clinic is located at 3901 Capital Mall Drive SW, Suite D. This role requires a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience, strong management and leadership skills, and a desire to lead a successful clinic. While prior clinic management experience is preferred, OSS values candidates who demonstrate the interest and capacity to excel, offering a year-long mentorship program for new managers to develop hands-on skills and a deep understanding of practice management. Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient, orthopedic setting.
  • Demonstration of leadership role/activity in previous position(s)
  • Current State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status)
  • Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient care, personnel management, physician relations, and financial management.
  • Direct a variety of clinical programs.
  • Lead clinical education programming, including Residency and Fellowship programs.
  • Contribute to national recruiting strategies.
  • Participate in events and promotions.
