About The Position

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to support and oversee landlord-led buildouts of new outpatient medical clinics across multiple markets. This role serves as the tenant-side liaison during design and construction, coordinating with landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders to help ensure projects remain aligned with clinical requirements, timelines, budgets, and opening readiness.

Requirements

Strong organizational and communication skills (critical)
1+ year of construction project management experience (commercial or healthcare preferred)
Familiarity with permitting, construction processes, and vendor coordination
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience managing tenant improvement (TI) or medical office buildouts strongly preferred
Experience in healthcare, medical office, or multi-site retail development
Background working with landlords and third-party contractors
Proficiency in google suite

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate multiple landlord-led clinic buildouts simultaneously
Serve as tenant-side liaison with landlords, architects, and contractors
Review plans, budgets, bids, invoices, and change orders for alignment with clinic requirements
Monitor project milestones and flag risks or delays for escalation
Participate in contractor meetings and virtual site walks to verify progress and quality
Coordinate handoff from construction completion to clinic launch teams
Support project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover readiness
