About The Position

Ivy Health is seeking a clinician-leader to direct a physical therapy clinic in Pennsylvania. The Clinic Director balances patient care with leadership of people, clinic operations, growth, marketing, recruiting, and overall clinic success. The role focuses on delivering exceptional care and patient outcomes while mentoring and developing teammates, fostering a positive team culture, and building community relationships. The position offers a stated compensation range of $95,000–$110,000 per year, with eligibility for a director bonus plan and either life-of-loan student loan repayment or a sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Current or pending licensure in the respective state.
• At least 3 years of dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• Lead and develop clinic teammates, including mentoring others.
