Clinic Director - Physical Therapist
About The Position
Results Physiotherapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic clinic. The Clinic Director oversees clinic operations and patient experience while providing direct, evidence-based patient care. The role leads, mentors, and supports Physical Therapists and clinical staff, fosters a positive patient-centered culture, and works with leadership to meet clinic goals and support growth. Upstream provides central administrative support, leadership onboarding and mentorship, professional development, and clinical technology intended to reduce documentation time. The position offers opportunities to pursue multi-site leadership or clinic ownership/partnership.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
- Active Alabama Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Passion for developing others.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
- Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
- Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Oversee clinic operations, including patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling.
- Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
- Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.
- Continue developing leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs.
