About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide patient care at its outpatient orthopedic therapy center in Millbury, Massachusetts. The center manager oversees the outpatient orthopedic therapy team and provides preventative and rehabilitative services to maximize patient functionality and promote well-being. This is the company’s largest center in Massachusetts, with multiple clinicians and established physician relationships supporting post-operative, non-operative, and general orthopedic caseloads. The center also offers a pelvic health program, CoreVia. The schedule is Monday through Friday. The salary is $90,000 to $120,000 based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and a student debt repayment benefit. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid State Physical Therapist License required to start.
CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
Use the local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
Expand and develop a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
Participate in continuing education opportunities.
Provide preventative and rehabilitative services to maximize functionality and promote patient well-being.
Oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team.
