Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina (or eligible for licensure)
Previous outpatient orthopedic experience required
Strong clinical decision-making and patient care skills
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a successful practice
Self-motivated, organized, and committed to clinical excellence
Dedicated to creating an exceptional patient experience and positive team culture

Nice To Haves

Leadership or Clinic Director experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the successful launch and day-to-day operations of a new outpatient clinic
Provide exceptional evidence-based physical therapy care
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
Build and mentor a positive, high-performing clinical team
Foster a culture centered on outstanding patient experiences and clinical excellence
Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and quality outcomes
Collaborate with leadership to drive clinic growth and community engagement
Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with all clinical standards
Build strong relationships with referral sources and represent the clinic within the local community
