About The Position

Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a full-time Clinic Director for a Senior Living Continuing Care Retirement Community in Greenville, Rhode Island. The position is open to a PT, OTR, SLP, PTA, or COTA. The Clinic Director oversees efficient and effective clinic operations, develops a caseload through customer service and marketing to referral sources, plans and implements rehabilitation programs, provides administrative rehabilitation supervision, mentors rehabilitation staff, and provides physical therapy services as needed. The ideal candidate has experience managing a senior living community or skilled nursing facility. The stated rate range is $50–$55 per hour.

Requirements

• Be a licensed therapist or license eligible in the state where employed.
• Have experience as a treating therapist in a Senior Living Community in the independent living, assisted living, memory care, outpatient, and SNF settings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Develop a caseload through exceptional customer service and marketing to referral sources.
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes.

• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor.
• Provide physical therapy services as needed.
