About The Position

Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a full-time Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for a senior living community in Charlton, Massachusetts. The company is therapist-owned and operated and emphasizes appropriate, ethical patient care and high-quality outcomes. The Clinic Director oversees efficient and effective operations, develops a caseload through customer service and marketing to referral sources, plans and implements rehabilitation programs, provides administrative rehabilitation supervision, mentors rehabilitation staff, and delivers physical therapy services as needed. The position offers a rate of $53–$58 per hour.

Requirements

• Be a licensed therapist or eligible for licensure in the state of employment.
• Have experience as a treating therapist in a senior living community, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, outpatient, and skilled nursing facility settings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Develop a caseload through exceptional customer service and marketing to referral sources.
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes.

• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor.
• Provide physical therapy services as needed.
