Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Active or pending state physical therapist license.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee outpatient therapy services.
