Clinic Director, Physical Therapist (Pelvic Health)
About The Position
Results Physiotherapy, in partnership with Ascension Saint Thomas and part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a Clinic Director with a specialized focus on outpatient pelvic health. This role offers an opportunity to advance leadership career while impacting patient care. The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist passionate about developing clinicians, improving patient outcomes, and cultivating a positive, high-performing culture in a specialized pelvic health practice. The Hendersonville clinic offers comprehensive care for various pelvic health conditions, utilizing advanced training and individualized treatment plans. The team operates in a collaborative environment that values mentorship, continuing education, and professional growth.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
- Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Passion for developing others required
- Background in delivering evidence-based pelvic floor therapy, evaluation, and treatment (internal & external)

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
- Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care
- Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling
- Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners
- Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth
- Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs
