Clinic Director, Physical Therapist (Pelvic Health)
About The Position
Results Physiotherapy, in partnership with Ascension Saint Thomas and part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to serve as a Clinic Director for their specialized outpatient pelvic health practice in Hendersonville, TN. This role offers an opportunity to advance leadership career while impacting patient care. The clinic focuses on comprehensive care for men and women with pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and pregnancy/postpartum-related conditions. The team utilizes advanced clinical training and an individualized treatment approach to create customized care plans. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
- Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Passion for developing others required
- Background in delivering evidence-based pelvic floor therapy, evaluation, and treatment (internal & external)

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
- Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care
- Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling
- Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners
- Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth
- Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs
