Clinic Director, Physical Therapist (Pelvic Health)
About The Position
Results Physiotherapy, in partnership with Ascension Saint Thomas and part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking an experienced and licensed Physical Therapist to serve as a Clinic Director for their specialized outpatient pelvic health practice in Hendersonville, TN. This role involves advancing leadership career while focusing on exceptional patient care, clinician development, and fostering a positive, high-performing culture. The clinic offers comprehensive care for various pelvic health conditions, utilizing advanced clinical training and an individualized treatment approach. The position is ideal for a pelvic health clinician and leader passionate about making a difference and shaping a thriving specialty practice.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
- Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Background in delivering evidence-based pelvic floor therapy, evaluation, and treatment (internal & external)

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
- Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
- Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling.
- Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
- Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.
- Continue developing leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs.
