Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute accurately.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Willingness to work late hours and weekends as needed.

• Customer service, scheduling, and phone experience.
• Dental office experience.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for the company car insurance roster.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, and staff.
• Schedule patient appointments and keep clinic and provider schedules productive according to scheduling guidelines.
• Answer and manage phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist patients with special needs and provide a welcoming, accommodating experience.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records and documentation.
• Prioritize, multitask, and complete daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Use or learn computer systems such as Open Dental, Microsoft Office, and other necessary software.
