About The Position

Motivated Learners is seeking a full-time Clinic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This position is primarily clinic-based, providing direct clinical oversight, supervision, assessments, and collaboration within one of our ABA clinics. You'll work alongside a dedicated team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical leaders in a collaborative environment focused on exceptional client outcomes. Depending on your schedule and workload, there are opportunities to complete work from home.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience conducting assessments and supervising RBTs preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for mentoring staff and delivering high-quality ABA services.
  • Comfortable working primarily in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional behavior assessments, and ongoing progress evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Observe therapy sessions and provide hands-on coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Analyze client data to make informed treatment decisions and monitor progress toward goals.
  • Train and support caregivers to promote skill generalization outside of the clinic.
  • Collaborate with families, clinical staff, and outside providers to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with BACB ethics, insurance requirements, and company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture that supports both clients and staff.
