About The Position

Building Connections Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate, energetic Behavior Interventionist (Registered Behavior Technician) for its Antioch clinic. The role involves working one-on-one with children ages 0–21, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support the development of communication, social, play, and life skills. The interventionist joins a collaborative team and helps children reach their potential in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

The position is based at the Antioch Clinic and is described as part-time, with potential for full-time work. The listed schedule is weekdays from 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pay is $22–$27 per hour, depending on experience, certification, and education.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Required immunizations: MMR, Tdap, Varicella, and Hep B; TB clearance within the past year.

Nice To Haves

• Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain the certificate within 90 days.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in the clinic.
• Implement skill-building programs and collect data to track progress.
• Teach communication, self-help, social, and play skills.
• Engage and motivate children through play-based activities.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment.
• Report progress and collaborate with the supervising team.
