About The Position

As a Climate Solutions Equipment Associate in United Rentals’ Power/HVAC division, you will perform jobsite installations and minor equipment repairs safely and professionally. The role involves operating a delivery vehicle and installing HVAC, dehumidification, and air-purification equipment at customer locations. You will also conduct maintenance checks, clean equipment, report its condition before and after use, demonstrate equipment to customers, and assist with loading and unloading. The position is designated Safety Sensitive under United Rentals’ policies and procedures. There may be opportunities to progress to higher-level Technician roles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude, including knowledge of tools applicable to the position.
• Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 emergency service.

Responsibilities
