About The Position

Celonis is seeking a Client Value Partner, CPG, a seasoned industry executive to bridge the gap between global supply chain strategy and operational excellence. This role acts as the primary accountable lead for a strategic global account, translating C-level vision into realized value. The Partner will serve as a strategic advisor within the CPG & Retail go-to-market organization, moving beyond standard customer success to link Celonis capabilities to key outcomes in high-volume distribution, logistics, and asset-intensive operations. Working in partnership with Celonis Sales Teams, the role has full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey of top-tier customers, acting as their trusted advisor to help them mobilize resources, achieve strategic goals, and realize value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. Collaboration with partners, Product, and Engineering teams will drive measurable business impact across complex global networks, blending deep industry expertise with strategy consulting skills to spearhead data-driven transformation.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience, ideally combining time at a global CPG, Logistics, or Supply Chain-intensive firm with Strategy Consulting.
  • Understanding of the complexities of moving goods and managing assets at scale.
  • Granular knowledge of the value chain, specifically in areas such as Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Distribution, Fleet/Asset Management, and Order Management.
  • Track record of driving large-scale transformation programs.
  • Understanding of how to impact the P&L through inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, and cash flow improvement.
  • Understanding of the modern supply chain stack (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, TMS/WMS systems) and how to translate Celonis use cases into the customer's specific business landscape.
  • Extensive experience presenting to and influencing C-Level executives (CSCO, CIO, CFO).
  • Ability to navigate complex global organizations and possess the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and possess an entrepreneurial leadership style that inspires teams.
  • MBA strongly preferred; Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field required.

Responsibilities

  • Translate Strategy to Operations: Analyze client's strategic goals (e.g., Network Optimization, Sustainability/ESG, Working Capital Release) and map them to a long-term vision utilizing the Celonis platform.
  • Target High-Impact Areas: Architect the "CSCO" or "COO" agenda—moving beyond isolated use cases to optimizing entire value chains, such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Logistics & Distribution, and Inventory/Asset Management.
  • Build the Business Case: Construct robust, board-level business cases that articulate the financial impact of Process Intelligence (e.g., impact on Cost-to-Serve, On-Time-In-Full performance, or Asset Utilization) to C-Suite executives.
  • Build demos and strategic roadmaps, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices in order to embed Celonis as a core pillar of the client's digital supply chain strategy.
  • Undertake Value Assessments and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives.
  • Drive Engagement Success: Lead the executive relationship and value workstream for large-scale transformations, ensuring the program effectively delivers on its "digital twin" promise across the global network.
  • Orchestrate the Ecosystem: Guide customers on organization design and the maturation of Centers of Excellence (CoE), mobilizing global cross-functional teams (Services, Product, Engineering) to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Solve Systemic Challenges: Work cross-functionally to tackle difficult implementation hurdles, helping customers define standards for inventory visibility, fleet/logistics optimization, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement in Supply Chain and Finance functions.
  • Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
  • Codify Best Practices: Turn client successes into reusable assets, playbooks, and thought leadership for the broader CPG and Distribution practice.
  • Mentor & Enable: Act as a senior leader for the team, coaching junior members and managers on executive relationship management, supply chain nuances, and team performance.
  • Product Feedback: Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" to Product teams, ensuring the development roadmap aligns with the specific scale and complexity needs of a global enterprise.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, landing, expanding, adoption and renewing.
  • Build a strategic expansion roadmap for customers, embedding Celonis Process Intelligence Platform as a strategic business transformation platform in their organization.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases.
