About The Position

A Client Support Specialist at Taylor King Law delivers “client first” service in a professional, fast-paced legal environment. The role supports clients during the opening stages of personal injury cases, maintains client files and a high caseload, and prepares settlement demands. The specialist communicates regularly and clearly with clients, insurance adjusters, and attorneys, and delivers the firm's promise, “On Your Side, By Your Side,” to clients, providers, staff, and attorneys.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with various technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to function empathetically in a high-stress environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Legal or medical case management, insurance defense, or related legal background preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities
