About The Position
The Client Support Associate serves as a welcoming, customer-service-oriented representative who helps provide exceptional experiences for people visiting the company’s offices. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and prospective clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. The associate also acts as a local brand ambassador, visiting shops, events, and community locations to build brand awareness and recruit talent. The role uses local market knowledge and social media skills to expand the company’s reach and build a talent pipeline. Seasonal positions are described, with full-time and part-time schedules available.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
